A plot of pine forest in the village of Isna is being used as a test laboratory for the viability of resin extraction, an activity that was very dynamic until the early 1980s in the municipality of Oleiros.
This project is being developed by a consortium of 37 entities, led by CoLAB ForestWISE. The entity responsible for developing the tests is the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), together with the company Raízes In.
