rePLANT, the first project of initiative and operationalization of CoLAB ForestWISE, was on Sociedade Civil TV show (RTP 2), where “Strategies for the valorization of national forests” were discussed.
Carlos Fonseca, from CoLAB ForestWISE, José Luís Carvalho, from Navigator Forest Portugal, João Gaspar, from REN, Inês Frazão and Jorge Frazão, from Fravizel and Maria Emília Silva, from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro represented this consortium consisting in 20 entities, including leading companies in the sector and non-corporate entities of R&I.
The use of robotics in forest cleaning and remote detection technology were some of the strategies mentioned.
