With a degree in Social Communication (ESEV, IPV, 2018), she began her professional career in regional and later national media, where she won two awards, namely the Fernando de Sousa Journalism Award (2020) and the “Sport with Ethics” Press Award (2021). Aside from journalism, she has developed communication work in several projects to promote extensive livestock farming and indigenous cattle and goat breeds.

She has also done long-term voluntary work planting native trees, which has enabled her to strengthen her knowledge of native forest conservation.
