A PhD in Forestry and Natural Resources Engineering (2015, ISA\/Univ. Lisboa). Brigite has professional experience in Forest Producers Associations and national consulting and research as an integrated member of the Center for Forestry Studies (CEF\/ISA). In the last 15 years he has coordinated tasks in national and international projects in the areas of integration of forest ecosystem management and fire for the design of more fire resistant landscapes in the face of global change. She teaches in the courses of Forest Planning and Management (ISA) and Rural Fire Management (UTAD). Author of more than 20 international publications and several technical reports.<\/p>
